Maxine Skerrett MBA, PCC is a consultant, coach and speaker with a strong passion for helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and achieve excellence. 

 

Maxine works with organizations who invest in their people and want to build great workplaces. Her areas of focus are employee engagement, team performance and leadership development. She also provides workshops for organizations across different industries.

Maxine is a former Management Consultant  Manager with Accenture and has extensive experience working with teams of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, she worked as a supply chain leader in the aerospace and defense industry. She brings more than 15 years of experience of consulting and industry expertise in strategy and operations. 

 

Maxine has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an executive MBA. She obtained her coaching certification from Erickson College International, and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has worked with many leaders and teams to help them better understand themselves and others. 

 

When she is not working, Maxine can be found spending time with her family, playing video games or training for her next running race.
